Important Update from Axios Rcrds Regarding Distribution
On March 4, 2025, we were unexpectedly notified by our former distribution partner, Symphonic, that our account was being terminated due to an alleged “DSP Violation.” No specific details were provided regarding the violation, and despite multiple attempts by our team to seek clarification, we have received no further communication from Symphonic. As part of this abrupt and unprofessional termination, all previously released music under Axios Rcrds has been removed from all digital platforms. This has been a deeply frustrating and disappointing situation—not only for our team, but most importantly, for the artists we proudly support. We understand this affects your music, your momentum, and your trust. Because of that, we are releasing all artists from their current release agreements should they wish to redistribute their music independently or through another label. For those who choose to stay with us, we are actively working to secure a new distribution partner and will provide a formal update by April 1, 2025.While we cannot confirm the exact reason for Symphonic's actions, we want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that DSP violations—including artificial streaming or pay-for-play services—can have serious consequences for both artists and labels. Please be mindful of how your music is promoted and consumed. To our community: thank you for your continued support. Axios Rcrds remains committed to helping artists grow and thrive. This is just a bump in the road—and we’re not going anywhere. Once we have new distribution and releases are public, this page will return to a showcase of our most recent releases
