- Artists ages 13–17 may submit without a parent signing at this stage. If we move forward with a release, a parent or guardian must sign the required consent and agreement. If you are under 13, do not submit through either form; ask a parent or guardian to email hello@axiosrcrds.com first.
- We keep declined ClickUp demo submissions and attachments for 30 days after submission, then delete them unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. LabelRadar uploads are handled on LabelRadar under its own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Send a finished track. If only mixing or mastering remains, you may still submit it.
- You must own 100% of the track and have the rights to submit it.
- Any genre is welcome if it fits Axios Rcrds.
- Include a private Audius or SoundCloud link, a short artist bio, past releases if any, and your social links.
- Review can take up to two weeks. We listen to every demo and aim to give feedback when possible. You may resubmit after acting on feedback.
